Our recommendations are based on what is best for you. We file insurance as a courtesy. Upon request, we will file a pre-treatment estimate before major work is done. Any treatment you choose to receive that is not covered by your insurance is your financial responsibility at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements have been made.
